Led by Director of Marketing and graphic designer Kjerstin Oh, this comprehensive brochure effectively addresses the growing demand for home automation in the luxury real estate market, particularly at Raffles Boston. The brochure stands out for its thoughtful organization, breaking down complex smart home capabilities into six key sections spanning lighting control, window treatments, audio-visual systems, security, cybersecurity, and voice control. To simplify decision-making while maintaining flexibility, the brochure introduces a tiered package system – Plus, Premium, and Bespoke – allowing prospective residents to easily understand and customize their smart home options. This strategic marketing piece serves not just as an informational guide but as a tangible representation of our commitment to luxury and innovation in the smart home space.

TSP Smart Spaces received PRISM Award recognition for our smart home integration in a coastal Tiverton, Rhode Island residence, where we merged advanced technology with sophisticated architectural design. Led by Director of Smart Spaces Aaron Stallings, the project showcased innovative solutions including a comprehensive Lutron HomeWorks and Savant integration system controlling lighting, shades, and entertainment throughout the home. The project’s standout features included meticulously concealed motorized window treatments that preserved stunning ocean views, Italian crystal lighting by Leucos and Lee Broom, and an ingenious primary suite entertainment system featuring a hidden short-throw projector and roll-down screen. The team’s attention to detail extended to incorporating a professional-grade karaoke system and creating a serene private prayer space that honored the homeowners’ Buddhist principles.
